Past Contests

Hello everyone! It's been a good run but I think it's time for me to move on from this group. I don't know how many people remember, but I'm not even the person who started this in the first place and ended up getting it handed off to me ^^; Anyway! It's getting to be too much of a task for me and I feel that there are other people more interested in Rise of the Guardians that can bring better and new things to the group.

So I'm asking you, the members, if any of you would like to take over the group!

If you're interested send a message to me telling me:

1. Why do you want to be the founder of RotG-Central?
2. Have you run any other groups? What positions were you in?

Obviously if no one steps forward I won't abandon the group, so don't worry! The group will still continue one way or another. If no one wants to be a founder then I will have to enlist several more co-founders to take over more of my tasks, basically ;B

I look forward to hearing from you!

In the scene where Jamie talks to his soft toy rabbit, what is the tattoo on his hand? Does anyone know?

here's a link to a ROTG project to gather art and put it together to show Dreamworks how much we love the movie!

Submissions last until October 7th! So be quick about it!

Hi! I would like to call to attention of the fans of this ROTG project right now:…

A lot of fans have realized that petitions aren't going to change the minds of the Dreamworks producers, so I think what we should do is all work together to create something incredible that will show our appreciation for ROTG and communicate why it was deemed such a failure.

There are plenty of examples as to why ROTG should at least get a christmas short. That's the least we could get. Turbo and Monsters vs. Aliens didn't do too well in box office money in theaters yet they both got their own tv shows!

if you could all spread the word and maybe contribute some ideas or help for this project, It would be greatly appreciated and I think it would benefit us all!

The basics are, we want to create some type of animation. But we need to figure out how or what. How short will it be? What are we gonna put in it? How are we gonna show Dreamworks our love for ROTG?

We need as many people and artists as we can find to help, so spread the word guys! I believe this is more important than any petition thrown in Dreamworks' face!

There are many fans that love the first movie and are now saddened that there might not be a second movie. There is so much mythology that has not been explored yet. The movie is full of magic and hope. You feel like a kid again when you watch it. We all know that it didn't do the greatest at box office, but that shouldn't stop there being another movie. I believe that Rise of the Guardians could be a trilogy, and I think the fans would agree too. We believe in you DreamWorks and we need you to believe in Rise of the Guardains again; bring the magic back again.…

I have a question, I made a cover for a story that's going around in my head called "Dreamers Journey" and I don't know which folder to put it in.

Probably in the Miscellaneous folder

It depends on what your story is about. No, it does not go in the Fanfiction Folder as the only thing that is allowed in that folder is the actual written fanfiction. If it's a crossover story it goes into Crossovers, if it's an AU it will go into the Alternate Universe folder. Another question for you about your deviation is whether you drew anything for it? Usually we don't put in photoshopped deviations if there isn't any original artwork that is a part of it. But if it is a cover for a story you have actually posted to this group, I'll let it slide.
