Gallery Folders and Submitting Deviations

Hello everyone!

Most of you have been doing a good job with submitting things to the correct folders and I just wanted to post a reminder for everyone and some updated info.

If you are submitting other people's art and you put it into the wrong folder it will not be accepted. By the time the original creator says yes or no to whether it can be included in our gallery, it's already in the wrong folder and we most likely won't remember to change it to the correct folder. This will make it easier on everyone.

That does not mean if you submit your own artwork to the wrong folder that it will not be accepted. It's easy to make mistakes, we've got a lot of folders to choose from and some times things fall into 2 or more categories. Just submit it to the one that makes the most sense and we'll take care of it from there.

Helpful rules about submitting:

-If your deviation is a fanfiction then it must go into the Fanfiction folder. It doesn't matter if it's a crossover, an AU, mature, or about a couple. Fanfiction trumps any other category it could be in.

-If your deviation is a doujinshi/comic then it must go into the Doujinshi/Comic folder. It doesn't matter if it's a crossover, an AU, or about a couple. Doujinshi/Comic trumps any other category it could be in.

-If your deviation is a cosplay or a craft then it must go into the Cosplay and Crafts folder. It doesn't matter if it's a crossover, an AU, or about a couple. Cosplay and Crafts trumps any other category it could be in.


If you remember those rules, everything else should fall into place ^u^
