People are complaining about the recent submissions being sent to the group. There have been things that don't have anything to do with Rise of the Guardians! It has been annoying members. We would like to ask for non-related things to stay out. There are other groups out there that are perfect to submit these deviations to. If you just need a group that accepts any kind of subject, I recommend :iconartists-gathering: .
But please stop sending non-related items to the group. We would all appreciate it! :)
Thank you! (I don't have acess to do the voting process, but I would turn it on if I could!)

The thing is, one of the people doing it, will not respond to notes or comments regarding where he is submitting. He is just doing it where ever. Voting system may be the only way to stop it.

I wish people would stop posting stuff against the rules of dA, like SCREENSHOTS from the movie itself.

Yup! I also agree with most of the people down there *points to the comments below*
The group should have some kind of filter so you can decline submissions if they're not ROTG related C:

I agree with ~maybelletea and honestly I was thinking the same thing. If there was no auto-accept, we could pick out all the problems and keep just RotG.

It might be a good idea to try that (confronting them) first before changing the submissions to a voting process. With a group as popular as this one, that could get really tedious.

~maybelletea knows what she's talking about. I was actually thinking the sme thing should be done.

You should probably confront the person (or people, though I think it's just one guy) who is doing this.

Well, I'm pretty sure you're doing what you can and I appreciate it, but telling people 'not to do it' won't help in the end. Maybe few people will stop putting their stuff in wrong places, but others just really don't care, there needs to be actions and not just words.

So my suggestion (which I hope you've already thought about too) is that try to contact the founder of the group. Because apparently the founder is the only person who can currently do the needed setting changes. And if there happens to be problems (like the founder doesn't know how to do the changes), feel free to contact me via note or something, I'd be happy to help since this situation really bothers me too. And yes, I believe once the voting system is turned on, there will be much more work for the admins, but becoming an admin is always a big responsibility. People should consider that the work amount can change at any given moment, and you need to be ready for it in order to keep the members happy and things running smoothly.

On a brighter note, how's the Christmas contest? Are we going to hear the results (and prizes) soon? :la:

I agree with ~maybelletea. Also, it may not be a good idea to post things like screenshots, because chances are good that it's not the deviant's own work.

you've alerted people before and that clearly didn't work so the only thing to do is make it so that things can't be automatically accepted
