RotG-Central's Secret Santa [Updated]

I've listened to your thoughts and the overwhelming majority asked for a Secret Santa! (though some of you asked for both a contest and a secret santa, are you trying to kill me??)

Anybody in the RotG-Central group can join! There will be no limits of how many people can join. It's time to be a Guardian for the children of the world!

Right now begins the joining period and here's what you need to do to join!

How to Join: First send me SketchSong, not the group!! a note saying you'd like to join. In that note you have to include what you would like to give (either art or fanfiction) and what you would like to receive (either art or fanfiction) or if you don't care which you want. And the last thing that needs to be on there is a link to your wishlist or a description. This is a list where you describe what you would like to get, maybe you really really love Tooth, or you just really need some Jack Frost in your life, etc. etc. This is to give your Guardian a starting point in what they will ultimately make for you. You can be as descriptive or vague as you want. (But please try not to get too ridiculously descriptive so that your Guardian has some room to work and try to also have a couple different options for your Guardian as well). Also please have an option that at least includes only one character!! Huge group shots and multiple characters take a lot of work and it's unfair to your Guardian to ask that of them!

Some people are a bit confused as to what they need to put so here is a sample of what you should do!

You can join between now, November 22, until November 29. That gives you a week and then the Guaridans's will have all of December to work on their gifts for their Child. When you send in your note I will reply that I got it. If within a day you don't get any confirmation from me please send it again.

I will try to take only a day to get everyone paired up so that you will have who you're being a Guardian for by December 1.

You will then have several weeks to work on your presents. You are allowed to make as many as you want but you have to at least make one present.

There will be a folder in the gallery for Secret Santa presents, where you can submit your present to at any time, but it will not be accepted until December 25, on Christmas (don't worry they won't expire). Make sure you title your present as "To [your Child's username]" so that when they are accepted into the Secret Santa folder they are able to find it. A very nice thing to do (which is optional) is sending your Child a note, with links to their present(s) to make sure they get it.

December 25th is the deadline for your Secret Santa presents. (If you need an extension as the time grows closer talk to me about it, but please try your hardest to finish it by Christmas so everyone can enjoy their christmas present). Make sure you have enough time to make a present before joining.

Also, before you ask, you can do traditional or digital art. All of the Christmas presents must be your own work, and must be a new deviation made for your receiver. I will check and I will know!!

Do not worry about anyone being left out, I'm fully prepared to take on any extra work and any people that end up being left out when I begin pairing up people. That being said, since I cannot participate in the Secret Santa as a Child, if anyone wanted to send me a Secret Santa gift as a thank you for putting this event together and running it, that'd be cool, but obviously in no way mandatory. Make sure if you do to not put it in the folder until Christmas because I'd see it otherwise XD
