Apology

No need to apologize! I understand all too well how our personal lives need to come first. It's important, and we need to take care ourselves first. I'm glad you're doing well! I'm actually grateful for all that you do for this page. You accept a lot of entries, including mine which I submit daily. I've gotten a lot more exposure on my work because of this group, so thank you so, so much!

As for contest suggestions, well, I'm completely new here! I've never participated in one of these contests before, and I don't think I have the skill to fulfill an award-winning worthy entry. But I would certainly love to partake in one! 

To contribute a couple ideas, I propose the contest theme could be about tribute (in response to recent events, some of which may include the war in Gaza, protests in Ferguson, or actor/comedian Robin Williams' losing battle with depression).

To keep with a seasonal theme, the contest subject could also be about holidays around the world. The characters from Guardians are a very diverse group, and upcoming autumn and winter festivities are celebrated differently. Christmas alone has many variations, which we could easily interpret since we already have a Santa Claus figure to work with. Though I'm not partial to that specific holiday; it could be any autumn or winter holiday. The characters don't even need to be celebrating the same exact holiday (it just has to be something that represents each character), if that helps broadens the theme.
